Plans, quotas, and usage
How Maya's plan limits work — prompt runs, audits, projects — and what to do when you hit one.
Updated 2026-10-12
Maya's plans — Starter, Pro, Enterprise, and Local Business — differ mainly in monthly quotas and which modules are included. Current pricing is always on the pricing page; this article explains how the limits behave.
The quotas that matter day to day
- Prompt runs per month — the budget behind Prompt Lab's daily runs. Starter covers a small prompt set; Pro and Enterprise raise the ceiling for larger portfolios and multi-provider tracking.
- Page audits / Feed audits per month — the Technical section's URL audits and product-feed audits draw from their own monthly counters.
- AXO scans per month — agent-experience scans have a small monthly allowance per project.
- Projects — how many brands you can track in one account (one on Starter, more on Pro, many on Enterprise).
- Team seats — unlimited on every plan. Invite your whole team; seats are never the constraint.
Module availability
- Integrations (Search Console, GA4, Bing, LLM Site Visibility, crawler analytics) are included from Pro up.
- Action Plans and the Looker Studio connector are Enterprise features.
- Some monitoring add-ons (e.g. Stalker social listening) are separate add-ons with their own keyword allowances and are currently rolling out via early access.
Where to see your usage
Settings → Usage shows live meters: prompt runs used/limit, audits, projects. The General tab repeats the headline numbers next to your brand information.
When you hit a limit
- Prompt runs: use Buy extra prompt runs in Settings — one-off credit packs that never expire, or a recurring monthly pack. Lowering your active prompt count or pruning low-value prompts also stretches the budget.
- Audits / scans: counters reset at the start of each calendar month; upgrading raises the ceiling.
- Projects: upgrade, or archive a project you no longer track.
Trials
New subscriptions include a short free trial (except Local Business), so you can see real data for your brand before the first charge.
