Generating a Maya Report
A shareable, narrated report of how your brand did in AI answers — periods, limits, PDF export, and email delivery.
Updated 2026-10-12
Maya Report turns a period of raw data into a story you can share: it reads your mentions, citations, competitors, search and site signals, scores the opportunities, and writes the narrative — one document per period.
Creating a report
- Open Maya Report and pick a period: Last 7 / 14 / 30 days or a custom range (ending yesterday at the latest).
- Pick the report language — English or Türkçe. The language is frozen into the document; your choice is remembered for next time.
- Generate. A report takes about 3–5 minutes; you'll get an email with the link when it's ready, so you don't need to wait on the page.
Every report compares your period against the equally long window before it, so each number has a direction, not just a value.
What's inside
- Mention Rate, Share of Voice, Recommendation Rate, Sentiment, and Own-Site Citation Share, each versus the previous period.
- A written narrative: what moved, which engine is weakest, where the opportunities are.
- A low-sample note when the window has fewer than ~30 answers — read those reports as directional, not precise.
Limits and warnings
- Two reports per brand per month. The counter resets each calendar month.
- A period with no AI answers can't be generated; a period with partial data warns you that the vs-previous comparison will be incomplete.
- If you see the empty state, start in Prompt Lab — reports are built from prompt runs.
Sharing and follow-up
- PDF — export a print-ready PDF of any report.
- Email — the ready notification contains the direct link.
- Talk with your report — opens the report in Maya Chat, where you can ask questions about any section in the report's language.
Past reports stay listed with their status (Generating… / Failed); deleting one is a two-step confirmation and frees nothing back to the monthly quota.
