Maya Chat — your AI visibility copilot
Ask questions about your data in plain language, run built-in skills, and let Maya take actions with your confirmation.
Updated 2026-10-12
Chat is a conversational layer over your project's data. Ask "How's my visibility?", "Who's beating me?", or "GSC vs AI gaps" and Maya answers from your actual metrics — mentions, citations, competitors, Search Console, crawler logs — not from generic knowledge.
What it can do
Read anything in your project. Brand metrics, share of voice, sentiment, citations, competitor comparisons, wins and losses, prompts and their results, Search Console queries, AI traffic and crawler logs, personas, Reddit mentions, fanout queries, reports, and more.
Run skills. The launcher groups ready-made workflows under Popular, Visibility, Citations, Content, Sources — for example: This week's plan, Visibility report, 7-day GEO briefing, Diagnose visibility, Competitive gap analysis, Citation gaps, Newsjacking, Page Audit, YouTube Optimizer, LinkedIn Content Generate, Prompt coverage audit. Skills that need a missing capability (e.g. "Needs GSC") say so upfront. You can also define your own always-on custom skills (a name plus instructions).
Take actions — with confirmation. Maya can track a new prompt, retry a prompt, create an action plan, or publish to WordPress. Write actions are always confirmed with you before they run.
Walk through a report. From any Maya Report, "Talk with your report" opens a chat thread where Maya explains the report section by section, in the report's language.
Limits and guardrails
- 10 messages per day by default, resetting at UTC midnight. When you hit the cap, Maya says so and the conversation resumes the next day.
- Maya answers only from what your project's data returns — it does not invent numbers.
- It will not reveal or discuss its underlying model; it is Maya's built-in assistant.
- Conversations follow the platform's data stance: zero data retention, not used for training, never sold or shared.
Tips
- Start from a skill when one matches — skills encode the right sequence of lookups, so the answer is more complete than a freeform question.
- Threads are kept: use History to return to a previous conversation, New to start clean.
- Be specific about windows ("last 14 days") and markets ("in Germany") — the tools accept those filters.
